Quick Filter Option Frequency List
Using the new NOSpx features gives you a variety of new options for your personal templates and they make reduction life much easier. One of these features is SHOW BY {FILTER}: Grabbing the most recent draws and showing how often a certain filter option occurs is now easier than ever. You are only a few template commands away from creating meaningful charts rather quickly.
Let's say you have to know in the Ohio Pick 4 lottery how often each root sum occurred in the most recent 50 draws.
Here the 2 main steps ...
First: Add the most recent 50 draws from Ohio Pick 4 ...
| [SET PAR] DRAWS_ID OH
[SET PAR] DRAWS_LOTTERY PICK4
[SET PAR] DRAWS 50
[ADD DRAWS]
|
Second: List the numbers by root sums (Highest to lowest) ...
| [TITLE] Root Sum Frequency
[SET PAR] SHOW_ORDER OCC-DESC
[SHOW BY ROOTS]
|
That's all that is to it ...
Here the complete example template
| [NAME] OH Pick4 Root Sum Frequency 50 draws
[DESCRIPTION] 7 commands and you are done.
[SET PAR] DRAWS_ID OH
[SET PAR] DRAWS_LOTTERY PICK4
[SET PAR] DRAWS 50
[ADD DRAWS]
[TITLE] Root Sum Frequency
[SET PAR] SHOW_ORDER OCC-DESC
[SHOW BY ROOTS]

Now Press the [Slasher] button and you have a clean looking straight-forward chart showing you that 1 is currently the most common root sum in Ohio Pick4.
Hint: Make sure you name the template in a meaningful manner and [Save] the template for later use. Every time you reload the template the draws are automatically updated.
